[ISSUE 1]
Problem Description:
================
After installing and enabling "QoS Packet Scheduler", the Exchange 2007
server cannot locate the domain controller correctly.
Assessment:
===========
1. After enabling "QoS Packet Scheduler", the Exchange 2007 server cannot
locate the DNS server.
2. The issue was caused by the incorrect Group Policy configuration.
Resolution:
=========
Create a dedicated OU, move the Exchange 2007 UM servers into this OU and
apply the GPO on this OU to modify the QoS policies.
[ISSUE 2]
Problem Description:
=============
1. Certain messages are stuck in the queue and are not delivered
2. When rebooting the Exchange server, some old emails were sent out and
internal users received NDR for these messages
Resolution:
===============
Install the hotfix 950757:
E-mail senders do not receive an indication that some messages have been
held by Exchange Server 2003 until the SMTP service, the Microsoft Exchange
Information Store service, or the Exchange server is restarted
