When you install in HyperV - move to California
Okay not really but just another reminded that when you set up a SBS 2008 box in hyperV make sure you untick the Time Syncronization box.
Double double check that the original source server, and the migration server are in the right time zone and ensure you untick that box in the Hyper V settings.
Not having the right time can cause issues with replication of Active Directory. Thus double double check the time... or just fly to California to be in the Pacific time zone to install your Server and then fly back home.
...okay so maybe that's a bit extreme......
