/norestart does not mean you are patched
Just a warning on this advice " Now, just install this with a /norestart switch and you’re done."
As per the folks at the MSRC you must reboot. If you do not reboot, even by forcing this no restart you will not replace the vulnerable code with the patched code.
Reboot. It's the only way to ensure that you are patched. If you do a /norestart you are leaving vulnerable code on that box.
