SBS 2003 transition pack wants install.exe file

Chris had a SBS 2003 transition pack that he was installing.  He got to a certain point in the install and the install stopped and asked him for "install.exe" on disk 2 of the SBS 2003 R2 disks.  One problem.. there's no install.exe anywhere on any of the SBS disks.

Turns out that the way around this is to either hit the cancel button to allow the transition pack to go on, or you can hit shift-F10 to get to a command prompt to delete any instance of OEM.inf found and that would have worked as well.  It apparently is caused by the OEM install and is only seen on an OEM to Transition pack install.

(blogged for the benefit of the next guy who hits this issue on a Friday night at 9 p.m. Pacific and thanks Chris for sharing)
