ISA, FrontPage and Outlook "make good"

Vijay has a post about the latest SBSC PAL call and there's an interesting tidbit in there that folks on SA (for premium of course) will get SharePoint Designer and ISA 2006 and Outlook 2007 cals.  The ISA had been previously talked about, the SA on Front Page is new to me as well as the 'make good' for Outlook 2007 cals.  I did not know those two would also be "make good" for Software Assurance customers.

So how much of what is being said on slide 11 is a legal contract between Microsoft and customers with SA? You are always saying it's not a product until released so do we sell SBS03 with SA right now telling customers they will get ISA and Outlook because that's certainly a reason for selling SA. Otherwise this is just more promises that Microsoft may or may not keep.
