Sophos.

The only problem I can remember having with it in the last 8 or so years is interfering with .NET 1.x assembly native compilation for AutoCAD Civil3D.

NOD32 seems to be quite stable too, but I've only been exposed to this AV for a short period of time. Quick and compact too.

After major pains with Symantec Endpoint Protection 11, we've had pretty good success with Kaspersky Antivirus.  It's cheaper and seems to be a solid and worthy product.
