I didn't benchmark it but this made a BIG improvement to Network Speed of browsing and to how fast programs "snap" open.  Better than the last Release Candidate by a long way which I'm sure was still full of debug code.

The DVD is worth it for those of us supporting 32 and 64 bit installations.
