Where's the EULA?
When Windows 2003 sp2 first came out, when it was installed we noted that it didn't have a EULA attached to it. Now some of you might be wondering why we suddenly got all 'lawyer happy' all of a sudden when in reality we were concerned about how that SP2 would be deployed on SBS boxes automagically if someone was dumb enough to allow auto patching of servers. And yes, I consider that 'dumb' as one should always manage change and approve change.
So when we installed sp2 manually, it was like.. okay... so.. where's the eula? There's no eula? Where's the eula?

Well Joel blogs that come next month there will be a EULA so it will be just like XP sp2 and there will be a eula on it.

Thank you for that (and you know who you are that deserve the thanks for getting that eula on there)
