Technology that makes us need help

At the office the gang are starting to get High Def TV...and they are hitting the 'geek' issue... where they need help to install what used to be "just" TV. Well it's not "just" TV anymore.
Simple is hard....and everyone is finding that the manuals for the technology are near impossible to understand...
