Run the Secunia Software inspector on your computer and you might find that you have insecurity in places you didn't realize... run a full scan and see....

If you have Macromedia Flash in the 'normal' place, use this tool http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157 to remove all flash from the normal places and then reinstall Flash 9.

I've come across that as well.  You can safely ignore it as those earlier Flash versions are never used/registered.  Even if you uninstalled the current version of Flash the older versions wouldn't "kick-in."
