Once you install the certificate...
Maybe I'm weird... but once I've installed the self signed certificate on my machine, I don't get the red warning that is talked about... just follow Sandi's info on how to install the root certificate on your remote machine and that should do the trick.
(to the poster ..are you sure you aren't talking about Vista as that will indeed have a SBSized fix up when Vista is ready to go...they do anticipate that we'll need a little help and just like we had a special patch for XP sp2 to SBSize it, there will be one for Vista as well)
