MSN Explorer 9 provides a tool to import your favorites from Internet Explorer to MSN but none to work the other way round.
Fortunately, Patrick Philippot, a Microsoft MVP who manages Mainsoft.fr found a way to realize this process.
You will first need to locate your MSN Favorites. In order to do so you will need to unhide all files and folders.>>>> See tutorial here
Now browse to :
C:\Documents and Settings\Name\Application Data\Msn6\UserData\and then a folders with several numbers and letters.
In this folder you should see a file named "favorites.xml" Back it up you will need this file after downloading MSN Favorites Export Toolkit created by Patrick Philippot. You will need to take a look at the ReadMe file to know how to proceed to export your MSN Bookmarks to Internet Explorer
