You may find that sometimes, it takes quite a while for MSN Explorer to sign in and/or sign off your account. During this process, MSN is synchronizing your data between the server and the Local Folders of your MSN Mail Client. Therefore a huge amount of emails slow down the process.
You may want to back up these folders by selecting all their messages and drag and dropping them in the folder of your choice
