Error: Mailhost File

 

The mailhost file is installed with your MSN software. If this file is missing or damaged, MSN shows a "Mailhost file" message. To enable MSN to find the file:

1-Click Start, and then click Run.

2- Type regsvr32 c:\progra~1\msn\msncorefiles\mailui.dll in the text box, and then click OK.

I get the msn.mailhost error, I did the "regsvr32 c:\progr~1\msn\msncorfiles\mailui.dll" and it came up empty.

Did you enter
regsvr32 c:\progra~1\msn\msncorefiles\mailui.dll
without the quote?
I just tried it again and it works fine here.
What exactly came up empty?

Follow the instructions above. They work wonderful.

I was worried that this may cause several more problems; but all is fine now. Thanks for your help.

i tried the regsvr32 c:\progra~1\msn\msncorefiles\mailui.dll it came up failed.the specified module could not be found.
