For some reasons you may want to restore your account. The most common problems deal with synchronization issues. Keep in mind that your emails in the Local Folders as well as your Security Settings will be deleted. It will not affect the status of your subscription.
1- Sign out and close the MSN Software
2-Double-click on the butterfly icon on your desktop as if you wanted to resign in. If it tries to automatically sign in click on Cancel
3- Press Ctrl + Shit + F11, the following message will pop -up:
4- Click on Remove Account and go through the steps to reset it as if you just discovered MSN.
Your webabsed data will be synchronized again and as a result, the potential synchronization problems you experienced will be removed.
