There was talk a while back of a SharePoint patch being available after .NET 2.0 ships that would bridge this gap. Have you heard anything about that? Comment here if you have. I'll go check on it in the track lounge and post to my blog if I don't see you comment.

Ok - SPT (SPS/WSS) 2003 will be able to run on .NET 2.0 with WSS SP2 that is scheduled for release sometime shortly .NET 2.0.
