From today onwards, Adam Gilchrist of Australia will not play International cricket as he had announced that he will retire by the end of CommonWealth Bank series. The series ended today with India winning the title with a sensasional two match win. Austalia's Brad Hogg also retired from International Cricket after a small career.
India posted a big 259 for Aussies to win but they fell short of 9 runs in the final over. Once again, Australia's middle order collapsed. Indian have done a tremendous job for the last 5 days. They have won Sydney match (http://www.visualanand.net/2008/03/02/india-beats-australia/) and then today's match. Tendulkar contributed a lot but he fell short of 9 run as he got out for 91.
It's a big win for Dhoni and his young men.
