About Brian W. McCann
Brian W. McCann (MVP, MCT, MCSE, and MCSA) has been working in the computer industry for more than a decade but has been playing around with them in some form or another for almost his entire life. You can find him usually hanging out at his alter-ego site AdminPrep. Brian is passionate about technology and training and makes it extremely easy for his students to understand complex topics. He also has extensive experience in delivering online training. Besides training, Brian has consulted for companies ranging in all sizes and is considered an expert when it comes to Active Directory design and implementation. Brian's lastest training position was with the Southwest's only Gold Partner for Microsoft training - Interface Technical Training.
Brian currently works at Intel Corporation as a Global Platforms Engineer. Brian is part of a team that manages servers and applications that are used across Intel's manufacturing environment. Brian is also responsible for supporting the manufacturing Active Directory forest root domain.
Microsoft has recently awarded his 3rd Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Windows Server - Directory Services. This award is granted on a yearly basis and is given to those who have showed true dedication in helping others learn about technology.
Brian currently resides in Gilbert, AZ and whenever he has free time he enjoys spending it with his wife (Sami) and two daughters (Alyssa and Kaycee).
