Eagerly anticipated Access 2007 hotfix

Dunno what happened in the KB article title but this is a hotfix a lot of folks have been waiting for.

After applying the hotfix, the problem of description not appearing in the navigation pane is still not fixed! This is becoming a navigation 'pain'.
